Meeting Information

Meetings will be held the second Wednesday of each month at 9:00a.m. in the Library, unless otherwise announced. Additional evening meetings may also be scheduled to accommodate those who cannot attend regularly scheduled daytime meetings. A meeting agenda will be made available to the public on the PTO bulletin board next to the office no later than the Monday prior to each meeting. If you would like to request an item be added to the Agenda, please contact a board member no later than the Friday before each meeting. Additionally, each meeting includes an “Announcement/Public Comment” time during which any comments, concerns, or suggested new business not on the Agenda may be discussed.

An outstanding way to demonstrate that you care about a child’s education is to become actively involved in their school PTO. The PTO brings endless possibilities for the benefit of our kids and our school.  The PTO was created to fulfill two main functions; we are here to fundraise and to build our community. In order to accomplish either of these, we need community help. The PTO recognizes that all members of our community are gifted with unique time, talents, or treasure.  For this reason, we invite you to volunteer with a variety of opportunities for Bellevue-Santa Fe, including:

  • Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA)
  • Campus Beautification
  • Marketing
  • Ongoing Fundraising
  • Annual Fundraising Event
  • Social Events
  • Staff Appreciation
  • Lunch Program
  • Garden
  • Library
  • SciTech
  • At home preparations for classrooms/events
  • etc.

The above list highlights just a few ways to get involved. If you missed signing up for a committee at the beginning of the school year, it is not too late! If you have an idea on how you can contribute, please let us know! For more information on the PTO or on how to join a committee, please speak with a PTO Board Member or join us for a meeting.  We appreciate all that our volunteers do to make Bellevue special.
